This week, the Istana Partners team attended the ATxEnterprise 2026 Conference in Singapore.

On the sidelines, Singapore announced the refresh of its National AI Strategy, setting out 10 updated priorities focused on deepening sectoral transformation, mainstreaming AI adoption across enterprises and the workforce, and strengthening Singapore’s position as an AI hub.

The conversations across two days reinforced a consistent theme: AI adoption at the enterprise level is no longer a technology question. It is an execution question.
